Central Iowa Surveying, LLC was founded in 2015 by Robert B. Bills, PLS #22850, after earning his Iowa Professional Land Surveyor’s License. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience surveying land throughout Iowa, Robert launched the company with a simple goal: to provide accurate, dependable surveying services backed by clear communication and a commitment to our clients.
We proudly serve a wide range of communities across Central Iowa and have built lasting relationships with landowners, real estate professionals, builders, attorneys, and municipalities. No matter the project size, we approach every job with the same level of detail, care, and professionalism.
